A Congress-run local club near Thalassery was vandalized on Saturday night, with the party alleging CPM workers were responsible due to their election defeat. Furniture, flags, posters, and a Mahatma Gandhi portrait were damaged at the Priyadarshini Club, which served as a Congress election office. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
