The Supreme Court has modified its order regarding stray dogs. The court directs the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to release sterilised and vaccinated dogs back into their localities. Dogs with rabies or aggressive behaviour will be kept separate. Public feeding is prohibited, but designated feeding zones must be created.
