AAP MLA detained : Mehraj Malik booked under PSA; Kejriwal, Omar Abdullah condemn the move

Mehraj Malik, AAP legislator from Doda, was detained under the Public Safety Act. This is the first time a sitting MLA has been booked under this law. Opposition parties and AAP criticized the move. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah objected to the detention. Malik was taken into custody while planning to visit flood-affected areas.
